The strain of 2022 is “Jealousy”– a hybrid strain made by cannabis industry leader Seed Junky Genetics. It’s a cross of Sherbet and Gelato and was brought to market in 2019 by Minntz, a Cookies, and Seed Junky collaboration. When it dropped, it sold out instantly and earned a spot as a Top 10 strain in Leafly’s database and the reviews seem to match the desire to try it.
The strain itself has a spicy aroma, with reviewers saying it has an earthy and funky taste, leaving them relaxed mentally, but physically energetic.
