Delaware is making a big push for recreational marijuana and House Lawmakers have again approved legislation eliminating penalties for marijuana possession–which, in some ways, is legalizing marijuana.
Now, it’s about actually approving the sale of it and giving the proper paperwork to the dispensaries that want to open up, but making possession a non-crime is a huge step in the right direction and will lead to things changing–especially with more and more liberal politicians coming into seats in Delaware.
