Senators in Hawaii have approved a bill in committee that would promote the research into therapeutic potential of psilocybin, MDMA and other alternative mental health treatment possibilities, seeing these drugs as ways of possibly micro-dosing to help people with mental illness.
The same stigma that is being removed around marijuana, especially in the medical space, is starting to happen slightly with mushrooms, specifically because of the results doctors are seeing in lab tests.
